Blues Review Magazine describes Ryan Hartt & the Blue Hearts as “young East Coast masters of the jumpin’ West Coast sound.” Formed in 2000, the quartet has released two critically- acclaimed albums on their own Far-Tone Records label and has been voted "Best Blues Band in CT" by the readers of the Hartford Advocate in 2005, 2007 and 2008. In January of this year, the Blue Hearts represented the CT Blues Society for the third time at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.
